What is the future you want?

It can be hard to want something for yourself so bad that you can literally see it. You know exactly what you want your future to look like. You just don't know how to get there.

Who is he or she?

Think about what you want your future to look like. Often it starts with your physical and/or emotional health. If you could change something today what would that be?

If you could get to a healthier you and guarantee you feel better in the future than you do today, what would that mean to you?

Maybe you don't believe that it's possible for you at all.

Maybe you don't trust yourself enough to believe you can do it.

I believe you can do it.

Even if you don't

I will walk you through a holistic approach you haven't tried yet.

I can tell you to work out and stop eating fast food, but you've already heard that.

What I want to talk about is...

  • What's in your diet that may be causing those health problems you've been dealing with.

*Processed foods, additives, too much sugar might be contributing to your current health issues.

  • What nutrients your body really needs in order for it to work at its best for you.

*Macronutrients are important in your diet. Are you low in nutrients? I can look over your current blood work and order more testing if its warranted.

  • What good blood sugar and cholesterol looks like.

*Your body needs glucose and cholesterol in healthy amounts. You will learn what that looks like and how to manage it.

  • How to have a healthy immune system and keep it strong.

*75% of your immune system lives in your gut, a healthy gut is a must. Learn what foods will boost your immune system.

  • How to eat to feel good emotionally and have less anxiety.

* Yes, certain foods can boost your mood, and others can contribute to making it worse. Foods high in B vitamins and Omega 3 can improve your day.

Your mind plays a huge role in your success.

I understand if this feels out of reach for you, that's okay. It's normal to feel like you don't know if this is obtainable for you.

Often people feel like things work for everyone but them. Other people can do it, maybe it even seems easy for others but you're not sure you can get the same results.

I want to assure you that's totally normal. Our human brain doesn't like change especially if it means we have to put ourselves out there and be vulnerable.

I'm your support person in this journey. We'll talk about how you will get to your goals and work toward those goals at a pace that you are comfortable with. I won't just give you a goal and leave. I'm here to be your rock and your guide.

You'll have ongoing support with nutrition and health information. You will also have regular contact with me so I can continue to give you the support you need. Sometimes that support is getting you over your own mind drama so you can get back on track and keep going.

Supporting your future self means having your own back today. Looking forward, to the person you want to be in five years and then taking the steps to get there. It's one of the most productive things you can do.
