The best Christmas gift ever!

TRACY DOYLE WELLNESS

The Best Christmas gift ever!

A healthier happier you!

We spend so much time and energy thinking about others for the holidays. Planning gatherings, preparing meals and shopping for the perfect gifts for our loved ones.

But with all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season the best memories are of just being together with the people we love, sharing the memories and the laughter.

I know the best gift any of my loved ones could give me would be more quality time together.

I want this for you as well. When you are feeling your best physically and mentally you can show up and live a life that is active and full of fun.

Imagine what that would be like for you. If you had more energy and less aches and pains how much more active would you be? If you felt better, would you be happier? Would you be more willing to make new memories?

Maybe you feel like your health issues are too big to resolve. I assure you that there is nothing too big that you can't improve how you are feeling.

Are you thinking it's just too hard to work on yourself during the holidays?

Maybe that's just the right time to start working on improving your health. After all, if you can make improvement during the holidays, the rest of the year should be a piece of cake.

So many of us want to wait until the new year to make that kind of commitment. What will be different? Will you really have more time, more focus or commitment?

It's just a date on the Calander.

How good will it feel going into the Newyear having already made that commitment to yourself?

Are you not sure if this program can truly help you?

Get on a consultation call with me and let's talk about your goals. I'm confident I can help you.

Food is the medicine you need!

Every year you say you are going to get healthier.

Let this be the year you give yourself the best gift ever!

Tips for the holidays:

  1. Start each morning with a glass of water, staying hydrated will help you keep the cravings under control.
  2. No refined sugar for breakfast. Instead choose high protein high fiber breakfast. Eggs, oats, smoothies full of berries and avocado and almond milk.
  3. When looking for sweet recipes, look for ones with natural sugars like pure Maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar.
  4. Most of all, be intentional. Decide ahead of the party what you will or will not eat. Bring a healthy dish to pass. Set your limits and stick to them.

BOUNTIFUL SUMMERTIME I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR! I have to admit I wait all year for summertime. The green trees, the warm sun, hanging out with friends and family. Oh yah, and all the fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs. I am a big fan of eating what's in season, so summertime has a lot to offer. Fresh local produce in the supermarkets, local farms and farmers markets. All look so inviting. Of course, you can always try your hand at growing some of your own. I have been growing an...

We almost lost Max

Meet Max, This is Max, he is almost thirteen years old and an absolute sweetheart. I just wanted to share with you what we have been going through with him for the last several weeks. Max developed a bump on his head, not very big but I noticed it. After a couple days it got bigger and opened into a sore. Over the next week it just kept getting bigger, so I took him to the veterinarian to get checked out. There was no obvious infection, like pus or fever, but our vet decided to start a round...

Issue #1 CAN IT HEAL? This is the question my mom just asked me. I was a bit surprised and confused at first, I guess I assumed that I have said "the body's ability to heal itself is remarkable" many times. I truly believe that, and I have seen evidence of it many times. She was speaking particularly about Diverticulitis. She has struggled with digestive issues for many years. So, when she was diagnosed with diverticulitis years ago, it was no surprise to her. She tried to stick with the...
